How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight and dimensions of items ordered. For a shipping quote, just go to your shopping cart and enter your state and zip code.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and most credit cards! We accept all major credit cards through our PayPal checkout (you don't need a PayPal account to do this, they just process our credit card transactions).
When will my order ship?
Orders take 1-2 days to ship out, we will send you your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if I need my item ASAP, or overnight?
Just contact us! Email is best: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can help you with express or overnight shipping needs and item availability.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glimmer goodies! If you are unhappy at all, unworn items may be exchanged for store credit. Please contact us within five days of receiving your order. After five days there will be no refunds/exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
Please send an email to within 5 days of receiving your order. In the email, please provide your name and email, as well as the reason for return. We will get back to you with an authorization number and the address to send the item back to. When we receive item back, we will provide you with a store credit code to use on a future purchase.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will make it right. Damaged item shipments may be elligible for a refund.
What if I entered my shipping address wrong?
If you've placed your order and you noticed you entered the address wrong, please email us as soon as possible and let us know, and we may be able to catch it before it ships. If your item has already shipped, we assume no responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check when placing your order that the address is correct! If an item is returned to us by USPS, customer will be responsible for any charges to re-ship the item.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only to those located in the same state we're located (darn tax laws), which is Utah!
